Dual, or Concurrent, Enrollment is when a high school student enrolls at a California Community College at the same time in order to receive college credit and advance their higher education during high school. Pease visit the community college's dual enrollment website and speak with your high school counselor for more information.
One semester a college = one year at a high school
IMPORTANT: Before you sign up for classes, please see Mrs. Venegas to verify if the course is A-G eligible and UC/CSU-transferable.
Eligibility:
- Must be at least a rising freshman during summer to enroll
- May enroll up to 2 classes per semester and will still be enrolled in 7 Aquinas classes
- 3 classes over the summer only
- Aquinas GPA must be at least a 2.5 unweighted.
- In order to receive high school credit, upon completing the DE courses, a transcript must be provided to your high school counselor
