Annual Fund Initiatives
Aquinas attempts to reach out to all families who wish to have their son or daughter attend Aquinas. In this time of economic turmoil there are many families that request financial assistance.
Requests for financial assistance are evaluated by an independent company for identified need and then reviewed by the financial aid committee. There is a growing amount of substantiated need each year. Aquinas needs help in reaching out to deserving families.
The use of technology is a critical 21st century skill and an integral part of a student learning and working in today’s society. Students utilizing technology to exchange and collaborate on projects, access, evaluate, and master digital resources will have the means to be productive citizens in our society.
Based on research and planning, Aquinas wants to develop technology across the curriculum and implement educational materials in a digitally based format.
PLANT AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Aquinas has made significant progress in recent years in enhancing the safety, aesthetics and functionality environment of its campus. Significant improvements have been made to the area surrounding the gym promoting the safety and functionality and the Science Lab has been renovated, just to mention a few items. These have been made possible through the generous donations of alumni and benefactors.
Aquinas has seven buildings situated on twenty seven acres of land. Among the projects we currently would like to address: some work that was begun on the entrance to school from the north parking lot; the leaking areas in the bleachers that drain into the weight room, and a remodel of the chapel.
