If your student will be absent for any reason or missing any part of class, please contact Mrs. Mejia to clear attendance at 909-886-4659 ext. 400. You may leave a message or email at [email protected] the day of the absence with the reason.

 

Any absence that is not excused within 3 days will remain unexcused.

 

Any absence over 3 days requires a note from your provider.

 

If your student comes in late due to an appointment, a note from that provider is required for excusal of tardy or absence.

Extra-Curricular Activities and Athletics
Excessive absences or tardies may be cause for not allowing a student to participate in athletics, student government, extra-curricular events, field trips, etc. Students who are absent or tardy, excused or unexcused, may not participate in or attend any school sponsored activity (i.e., dance, play, etc.) or athletic event on the day or evening of the absence unless the principal or her designee has cleared them in writing. Students who are absent for more than two periods on a game day or on a Friday before an event may not be permitted to participate in weekend activities or athletic events unless cleared by the principal or her designee in writing.
