Ms. Leticia Jimenez » About


Ms. Jimenez joins the Aquinas faculty this year as a member of our World Languages Department. She currently teaches Spanish II and Spanish III. She has 3 years of teaching experience at the high school and college levels. She attended California State University, San Bernardino, where she earned a B.A. in Spanish with a concentration in Hispanic Literature, Language, and Civilization, and a B.A. in Spanish with a concentration in Hispanic Cultural Studies. She is currently working to complete an Interdisciplinary Master’s Degree in California Indigenous Language, History and Culture from California State University, San Bernardino. Ms. Jimenez has also earned a certificate in Spanish for Public Service and is an Apple teacher. Her interests include theater and travel. She's traveled to both Colombia and Cuba to perform with the theatre group, "Acto Latino", which is a student organization through CSUSB. Her group has also performed locally, in high schools, middle schools, at CSU, Long Beach, San Diego State University and Cal Poly Pomona. She enjoys all things art and loves to draw and paint.
