ADMISSIONS
Aquinas admits students whose ability and previous general record indicates the probability of academic success in the program of studies offered by the school. Admission is based on the following criteria:
Grades from the applicant's present and/or previous school(s) Satisfactory and approved attendance and discipline records from previous school(s).
Standardized mental ability and/or achievement test scores.
Recommendations (evaluations) from teachers and administrators who know the applicant well. Personal recommendations from the applicant's parents, activity moderators, coaches, and/or pastors are also welcome.
Results of the entrance exam given at Aquinas (for 9th grade applicants only). The placement exam for the 2009-2010 school year will be held on January 31, 2009
Openness to value-centered education and formation of the whole person - intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
Willingness to put love into action through community service.

Incoming freshmen who have not taken the placement exam must contact the school office for more information on placement for the 2009-2010 school year. If you have take the STS exam at another school, you can have the information forwarded to our Admissions office.

Re-registration of Current Students
The administration of Aquinas High School reserves the right to refuse registration or re-registration of students. Where it is evident that the parents do not support the administration and/or the school policies, the administration reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment. Registration for the 2009-2010 school year will be on April 21 for Freshmen and Sophomores and April 23 for Juniors and Seniors. Registration will take place from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on both days in Room B-1.
